I am in an apartment renting, and I really want to get out of it and actually buy a house. But some people have told me that since the economy is so low right now, that I should just wait…But since interest rates are going to get lower, wouldn’t it be a good time to get a house?
I just want to know how the economy being so low actually ties into whether or not buying a house now is a bad decision.
